Shipping & Returns

I hope that you and your little one absolutely adore your purchase. If you'd like to return or exchange an item you must do so within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached. Scoopy Loo & Co. will not accept returns for any item that has been worn or damaged after purchase. Unless we discuss otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. I recommend using a tracked shipping service as Scoopy Loo & Co. can't accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact me ASAP for the return address if you'd like to make a return. There are no returns or exchanges on custom orders.
